Ratchet Straps & Grade 70 Load Restraints

Load restraint equipment is necessary when transporting loads in industrial environments. Used predominantly to hold down large pieces of equipment, load securing products can help provide your employees with a safe and efficient way of handling transportation applications. At Team Systems, our range of load restraint products includes ratchet tie-down straps, cam buckle tie-downs, load binders, transport chains, slide on truck winches and more. With warehouses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, we are reliable providers of load restraint equipment throughout Australia.

Where You Can Use Our Load Restraint Products

The industrial environments in which you can use our ratchet tie-downs and load restraint equipment are numerous. They are commonly used by equipment manufacturers and suppliers, freight consigners, vehicle manufacturers, and drivers of trucks and other large vehicles. By using our industrial load restraints, you can safely transport all kinds of industrial goods.

Our Range of Load Restraint Equipment

Our load restraints are available in varying dimensions, sizes, lengths, lashing capacities and applications depending on the model. It is recommended that you ensure the load restraint you select for your workplace has the right specifications for your intended application.

Ratchet Tie-Downs

Our Ratchet Tie Downs – RATCHET are high-quality load restraint straps that are fitted with heavy-duty buckles, hooks and keepers. They come with black ‘S’ hooks on each end and two Grange Lift Wear Sleeves, and they are made to comply with Australian Standards AS 4380. We supply our cargo straps in sizes ranging from 25mm to 75mm, lengths from 5m to 9m and lashing capacities from 500kg to 5000kg. Additionally, we also have Cam Buckle Tie Downs and Replacement Straps available.

At Team Systems, you can select from our Ratchet Loadbinder and our Lever Loadbinder for use in your workplace. Both are manufactured with dropped forged steel, are Australian Standards AS 4344 compliant and have winged hooks. They are also both available in sizes from 6mm to 13mm and lashing capacities from 2300kg to 9000kg. Although they are similar in use, our ratchet loadbinder makes for slower and steadier loading, whereas our lever loadbinder has less moving parts and requires less maintenance.

Additional Grade 70 Load Restraint Equipment

Apart from load straps and loadbinders, we have a variety of other Grade 70 load restraint products, such as our Grade 70 Clevis Lug Link, which is gold zinc plated and supplied in sizes from 7mm to 13mm. We also have load restraint chains like our Grade 70 Transport Chain, as well as our Grade 70 Load Restraint Kit, which comes in a handy reusable carry box.

Ensuring Your Safety with Our Load Restraint Products

When using load restraint equipment, it is important to bear in mind a few safety precautions. For example, you should avoid using our Grade 70 load restraint equipment for lifting purposes. If you require products designed to aid in carrying out lifting tasks, check out our range of Lifting Equipment. Furthermore, when securing the load, ensure it is in a good position and does not hang over your vehicle or cover any lights, number plates or indicators. Additionally, all small and loose tools should be transported within a toolbox to stop them from breaking loose and interfering with the road. By following these precautions, you can best preserve the safety of your employees.
