Free Shipping:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $399 +GST, exclusively for Qualifying Shipping Zones in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. This means you can enjoy the convenience of free delivery within these areas. Free Delivery only applies to orders over $399 +GST ($439.00 inc-GST) and only applies to online orders through the Team Systems Website.

Non-Bulky Goods: Our free delivery service applies specifically to non-bulky items. However, please note that large items such as big ladders or big pallet jacks may incur a delivery fee. We will handle such cases with transparency and inform you of any associated costs. We will process a full refund if you choose not to proceed with any additional shipping costs.

Address Without Tailgate Access: Free Shipping charges are based on having suitable equipment to unload bulkier items. Should special delivery conditions be required (ie Tailgate unload/drop-off) we reserve the right to charge extra for this service and this is generally $75 +GST for this tailgate unload service.
Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping Rate: For orders that are less than $399+GST. We offer a flat rate of $20+GST for smaller items and $40+GST for larger goods for metro areas. In events when the goods are too big such as the mega bins where it could incur an exceptional amount of freight, we will contact you and advise of any additional costs that may occur.
Delivery Time Frame and Tracking:
- Dispatch and Delivery Time-frame: We strive to process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. This ensures that your goods are on their way promptly. Typically, you can expect your items to arrive within 5 business days. However, please be aware that in some instances, where the closest branch to your delivery address does not have the stock available, we may need to organise a transfer of stock from interstate. This might result in a slightly longer delivery time frame.

- Back Orders: In the event that a back-ordered item cannot be dispatched immediately, we will promptly inform you of the estimated delivery time frame via email or phone call. Our aim is to keep you informed every step of the way.

However, we kindly request that you wait for our confirmation of the collection time before proceeding to your nearest branch. This ensures that we can provide you with accurate information and have everything ready for your smooth pick-up experience.
